Privacy Policy

General Policies

  • All bookings, orders, and services provided by Shiki Studios are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • By confirming a booking or placing an order, clients agree to all policies outlined below.
  • Shiki Studios reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking, class or workshop.
  •  All payments must be completed by the agreed-upon due date.
  • Failure to submit payment on time may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify Shiki Studios as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
  •  There will be a $20.00 deposit to hold your booking slot. This is a non refundable deposit.
  • Clients must notify Shiki Studios 24 hours prior to their scheduled session to cancel.
  •  Cancellations made within the 24 hour window the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Refund Policy

  • Shiki Studios does not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
  •  In the event of a cancellation or eligible adjustment, the amount paid will be converted into studio credits.
  •  Studio credits:
    1. Can be used toward future services or projects with Shiki Studios2. Are non-transferable3. Have no cash value4. Must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of issuance

Service Changes

  • Any changes requested after a project has started may result in additional charges.
  •  Shiki Studios is not responsible for delays caused by client-side changes, lack of communication, or late approvals.

Liability

  • Shiki Studios is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, technical issues, or third-party interruptions.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required to complete the project.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or purchasing services from Shiki Studios, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies
