Kayleigh Shikanai will serve as your reader and can also provide complimentary coaching to enhance your performance.

Studio Rules & Policies

Reservations Policy

Reservations must be paid in full online through our website. Please select the desired date and time for your booking. If you’re unable to make an online payment, contact our office at (647) 633-8250 to explore alternative payment options.

Studio Etiquette

  • Be respectful of the studio and equipment.
  • Turn off your phone or set it to silent while filming.
  • Arrive on time or at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer available throughout the studio upon entering.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g., runny nose, cough, or fever), please refrain from coming to class.
  • Racism, homophobia, sexism, or any form of abuse will NOT be tolerated.

Late Policy

If you are running late, a 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the lost time will be deducted from your booking. For example, if your booking is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and you arrive at 12:30 PM, your booking will still end at 1:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking. Otherwise, your deposit will be non-refundable.
